This temporary installation provided by the City of Tucson is an homage to the Dada movement and works such as Duchamp's Readymades. The strategic placement of the work in the middle of the sidewalk provides a bold and provocative means to which the viewer is forced to interact with the work.
Photographer and wheatpaste artist Jetsorama portrays the everyday life and strong sense of community in Tucson and the Southwest region through large wheatpaste installations of his photography. The images on the left can be seen at Bicas and on 6th st. and 9th ave.

In early May DesArt Hooker began installation of "rock doilies" which beautify the streets of local Tucson communities with their geometric designs and heartwarming charm. Inspired by artists like Jenifer Cecere, DesArt Hooker work is a wonderful addition to Tucson public art.
